There is a form sitting at your IRA custodian right now that outranks your will.
It is one page. It probably took you four minutes to fill out, possibly during a phone call, possibly a decade ago when your life looked completely different.
And when the time comes, that form decides where the money goes. Not your will. Not your trust. Not what you told your kids at Thanksgiving.
